Moira had another photo shoot this weekend, this time in collaboration with one of her favorite hair stylists, Kris, as well as working with two models she’s worked with quite often before. Kris also put her in touch with a wedding consultant who is looking for a make-up artist to recommend to her clients. Things, as always, seem to be looking up and up and UP for Ms. Milo!
Marc and I enjoyed our weekly date-lunch, this time at Cracker Barrel (he’s a breakfast man, while I enjoy their chicken-and-dumplings (less chicken, more dumpling is good!). In addition we walked the clearance end-caps at Target (a couple neat buys), hit the local Big Lots (several nice grocery budget stretchers), and I went into work on Saturday to finish up some tax work I’m doing for a friend.
I’m enjoying my new computer (to replace the one with keys that fly off randomly, ha ha!) quite a lot as well. It’s the first computer I’ve ever owned with it’s own discrete video card (instead of integrated). You can find the same computer, for considerably more money, at Best Buy, Walmart, and Amazon.
I have to move Money (the software I use for tracking our expenses) to the new computer, but plan to do that this week. Once I have, I’ll post up this months “Net Worth”.
