Tulip time, they get [...] We took Elspeth and Dorothy to see the final showing of Much Ado About Nothing at the Hazel Robinson Ampitheatre. It wasn’t Elspeth’s cup of tea (the language in particular was daunting). Rufus ran around playing chase with the kids for a long while [...] It’s sort of difficult to come up with a bathtime photo that seems like it won’t result in undue embarrassment for the child later, or criticism for the person taking the picture now. I think this one manages to succeed in both goals. :) Aren’t they swell?
We bought four pairs, but these are the two best. She’s gotten quite good at not taking them off; here’s hoping she only gets better at it over time. And the pig tails seem to help her keep them on (I suspect it makes it so she can put [...] I love a gift box! Especially if it’s from a new office supply company that’s hoping to retain my business (hint: low prices + free delivery are the keys to my heart). This box was hand delivered by our salesperson, complete with a “thank you” for our first order. Inside it contained: A [...] Els: I’m on the transit bus to the airport :) Me: Yay!! Did the parking lot look safe? At least I said “yay!” first, right? A week of full-time babysitting should be enough to remind us of why no matter how often I lament not having a dozen children perhaps it’s not the end of [...] |
