I’ve hesitated to order even though it’s totally customized clothing – enter your measurements, add some sleeves, make the length exactly what you want it to be.  So I’m probably weeks, or even months, away from ordering.  But hey – it will eventually happen.  :D

I don’t remember what even half of these flowers were called, but they were darn pretty.  We walked around the Arboretum, and though that it would be a nice place for a wedding (and not just because it was clear several brides were on hand today to get their wedding portraits taken).  A membership (only $40!) is in our future.  I’ll probably buy myself one in May as a late birthday gift!

Tomorrow will be a day of relaxing “I’m the mom, adore me!”  Our plan is to enjoy an early lunch, maybe an afternoon of Dominion, and an evening of House and happy times!

Some frogs (toads?) were getting their freak on as well.  I couldn’t get a good photo, but later one of the two was trailing eggs and stuff.  Very neat!

The flowers are beautiful are beautiful at the arboretum too.

I’d never seen an azalea like this before but now I want them in our garden!

But when Marc and I drove across it, on our way (as it turned out) to the Arboretum, a woman was sitting on the railing, facing away from the road, and rocking back and forth.  By the time we’d pulled over, realized what we’d just seen, and looked back to see if she [...]]]> …off this bridge.

But when Marc and I drove across it, on our way (as it turned out) to the Arboretum, a woman was sitting on the railing, facing away from the road, and rocking back and forth.  By the time we’d pulled over, realized what we’d just seen, and looked back to see if she was there, someone had stopped and gotten her off the railing, and then another car pulled, up.  A woman hopped out, hugged the railing-lady, and led her off by the hand.

Scary.

I remember the days when the girls would sit in the living room, quietly watching infomercials in the wee hours of the morning, waiting until they heard us stirring in our bedroom to come knocking on the door eager to share the latest-and-greatest solution to all our household fix-it woes!
